Rates & terms - Sugar Yachting Mad kiss 

The cost policy for all charters is clear without hidden charges.

Below you can see what is included in the charter fee, what are the mandatory relevant charges and what we offer as additional services. All prices are valid for the boat Mad Kiss ( for other boats, availability and prices are on request).

Boat fares (all prices are in euros including VAT) 

DISCOUNTS

  • Earlybooking(up to 31 January): 10%               
  • Regular customers:5% 
  • For 3 weeks charter: 10% (at the weekly price), for 4 weeks: 15%(at the weekly price)
  • Maximum total discount: 15%

INCLUDED in the above prices   

  • First and last day mooring fees at Marina Lefkada (or where agreed)
  • Boat insurance (see Terms and Conditions) - All equipment included in the boat specifications
  • Practice instern mooringat check - in (if needed)           
  • Support with route planning and sailing tips for the selected route
  • Complete set of sheets, duvets, towels (one set / per cabin / week)
  • Basic supplies: 2 bottles (2It) water, soap and toilet paper         
  • Traditional welcome basket 
  • List of "What things you will need for your stay on board"
  • Any necessary planning support before your arrival viaemailwith our team           

Mandatory costs that are NOT included in the fare price    

  • Fuel, outboard gasoline and water (depending on consumption)
  • Mooring fees at the ports you will visit
  • Boat cleaning: 120 €

Additional Choices 

  • Skipperfee: 170 € per day plus food coverage           
  • Check-in earlier (at 14:00, on request and availability): 120 €          
  • Wi-Fi Router which includes 12 GB : 70 € / week             
  • Extra bedding set: € 10 per set (each set includes 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bath towel, 1 face towel)
  • Catering service: 20 € plus the cost of the supply package, as follows:

* Standard supply package (good quality products)

* Gourmet supply package (this includes a selection of local products such as wines, cheeses, olive oil and other products we recommend)           

  • Automatic life buoy: 30 € / week
  • Safety net for children: 120 €
  • Pets are allowed on board (in this case the cost of cleaning the boat is doubled)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Transfer from / to the airport of Lefkada , to/from our base in Marina Lefkada
  • Assist in the start of your sailing route (assistedsailing ) for charter bareboat.           
  • Bookingaccommodation before and / or after the travel period 
  • Toursin Lefkada,cultural and archeological excursions, etc.               
  • Send local products to your home on return
  • Charter of other / additional boats.

 

Payment methods

50% of the charter fee is paid by bank transfer as a deposit to secure the reservation. 

The rest 50% of the charter fee is paid one month before the check - in date, by bank transfer.   

Instructions for the payment of other mandatory fees, selected options and additional services will be communicated on time, depending on their exact content (except for fuel and water consumption which must be calculated and paid at check - out ).  

Deposit Guarantee

A € 3000 guarantee with a credit card, which ensures that you are only liable up to this amount for any loss or damage that may be caused. At the end of your fare, the Warranty will be refunded in full or in part in case of damage.  

Insurance

Our sailboat is insured in accordance with Greek law against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the boat, machinery and equipment that exceed the warranty reserve.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees are calculated according to the time period between the cancellation date and the check - in date as follows:  

  1. a) More than 60 days beforecheck- in : 30% of the total charter fee. 
  2. b) Between 60 and 30 days beforecheck- in : 50% of the total charter fee. 
  3. c) Less than 30 days beforecheck- in : 100% of the total charter fee. 

 

Cancellation due to COVID 19 

In the event that a customer becomes ill with COVID 19 and is unable to travel on the scheduled dates, they may choose to re-book for a later charter period during the 2021 season, subject to boat availability. 

The customer can also choose to make a reservation for the Summer of 2021, if the reschedule process takes place before January 31, 2021.   

Official certification by a doctor and other evidence is required for the cancellation of the trip to Greece (air tickets, etc.) in order to avoid cancellation fees in this unfortunate circumstance.
